We are looking for an experienced Telesales Consultant/Telesales Account Manager with business to business experience, all our clients are business customers so experience in this sector is essential. Due to continual growth in our health & safety training division we are looking for experienced telesales people to further develop this division. Experience of selling to businesses is essential. This role will entail contacting existing and new business customers to sell our training services. You will be required to achieve or exceed all agreed sales targets and performance measures and when you do, you will be well rewarded! You must be able to proactively identify business and sales opportunities when talking to these customers and seek additional revenue for the Company. The company provides excellent working conditions and comprehensive product training as long as you have existing business to
business telesales experience and the drive to succeed! The role is very much telesales but will develop into a business development role as time progresses.

The role includes:

- Working to build a long term sales pipeline of new business opportunities and generate quality face to face appointments through outbound telemarketing activity.
- Utilising prospect information to manage all telemarketing activity and cleanse the data on a call by call basis.
- Applying strategic prospect research to maximise results
- Effective use of Outlook to support telemarketing activity with email follow-up when required.
- Building and maintaining client relationships

The ideal candidate should be:

- Proven ability to sell, maintaining a high level of customer service and possessing a professional phone manner
- Experienced within B2B sales
- Able to work effectively within a small, close-knit sales environment
- A team player, with a competitive edge
- Able to follow instructions, whilst using own initiative
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Performance target driven
- Able to display a high level of attention to detail
- Able to effectively manage their time and workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
