Accountable for every aspect of service provision, spanning the on-site café / restaurant and gym, as well as building maintenance and tenancy agreements, you'll be the go to person at School Gardens someone who is approachable and has a can-do attitude. Acting as a main point of contact and a key link for care providers, with direct responsibility for their performance and overall contract compliance, your role will also involve arranging and organising activities and events at the scheme ensuring that they maximise all income and profit opportunities for the scheme.
