My client based in Birmingham are are global business with a prestigious reputation. An opportunity has arisen for an Office Assistant to support their PA/Office Manager.

This is a unique role requiring someone with a real Creative flair and visual eye for detail. You will be supporting a very demanding team who have exceptionally high standards and expect documents to be produced the highest of standard. The role will be varied and busy and entail organising meeting rooms, booking travel, proiducing reports and documents. You will assist the PA in planning ahead with regard to evenst and clients and much more.

There will also be an opportunity to help in producing creative powerpoint presentations and documents, idael for someone with a creative flair.

There will also be some general administration such as meeting and greeting clients, general office maintenance such as ordering stationery etc.

Applicanst will have a strong academic background with some office experience. You will ahev knowledge of Powerpoint.
