Stoke-on-Trent / Home Working

Great news! Due to business growth and exciting new clients, ISS is recruiting. We offer world class training and development opportunities. That’s because we value our teams and want to make sure they’re all well rewarded. After all, they’re helping us to meet a very ambitious challenge - join us and you’ll help take our global business even further.

At ISS, our vision is to be 'The World’s Greatest Service Organisation’. How will we achieve this? By working closely with customers and tailoring solutions to their needs. It’s all about 'The Power of the Human Touch’ - and you’ll need to demonstrate that too.

Your role

Working flexibly but with frequent travel to our Technical Service Centre; you’ll use your QS and commercial management knowledge and experience to deliver a first-class customer service. Do a great job and we’ll reward you with a long-term career and excellent benefits.

Join us as a QS / Commercial Manager and provide world class commercial management advice and guidance on key clients. You will guide, influence and develop a variety of commercial frameworks that are account specific in order to measure, drive and protect contract performance.

You’ll also be involved with all commercial aspects of the accounts including financial administration, reporting and cost control (client), monthly invoicing, management of contract variations, procurement and supplier management support.

About you

We’re looking for individuals with commercial and financial experience in a commercial services/contract environment, ideally FM or building services. You’ll have the ability to review, understand and implement terms and conditions and contract variations.

In terms of qualifications a degree level qualification in QS / Surveying or higher national qualifications in a finance related discipline (ACCA / CIMA) would be ideal.

While your technical talents are, of course, essential, it’s a professional but friendly approach that makes all the difference.

Our rewards

At ISS, we believe in recognising and rewarding exceptional service. To say thanks for your hard work, we’ll give you a competitive salary, world-class training and development and some of the best company benefits in the industry. That means you’ll have every chance to move forward and excel in your career.
