Join us as a QS / Commercial Manager and provide world class commercial management advice and guidance on key clients. You will guide, influence and develop a variety of commercial frameworks that are account specific in order to measure, drive and protect contract performance.
You’ll also be involved with all commercial aspects of the accounts including financial administration, reporting and cost control (client), monthly invoicing, management of contract variations, procurement and supplier management support.
We’re looking for individuals with commercial and financial experience in a commercial services/contract environment, ideally FM or building services. You’ll have the ability to review, understand and implement terms and conditions and contract variations.
In terms of qualifications a degree level qualification in QS / Surveying or higher national qualifications in a finance related discipline (ACCA / CIMA) would be ideal.
