We are looking for an experienced in-house recruiter who wants to progress their career within a well-established company. The role is a human resources/ recruitment position within an organisation. You will be recruiting for a variety of roles including marketing, manufacturing, and administration.
- Create adverts for new roles.
- Screen applications.
- Lead interviews.
- Arrange pre-employment checks
- Run inductions with new staff.
- Manage relationships with third parties such as recruitment agencies.
- CIPD qualification.
- Previous experience designing and leading interviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office.
