£10.43 per hour
37.5 hours per week - 8.30am to 5pm
9 Month Temporay Contract

We are currently looking to recruit a Management Support Administrator to provide professional, administrative support to Coventry University in the delivery of appropriate activities based on the University's business objectives.

Main duties & responsibilities:
*You will deal with enquiries both by telephone and email, for both internal and external clients as well as students, organizing student induction events on behalf of the University and assist in the coordination of staff induction and staff development activities.
*You will provide administrative support in respect of operational financial administration including monitoring of income and expenditure, billing activities and budget tracking needed to maintain effective contract and purchasing control, and reporting requirements.
*You will also be required to assist with the creation and checking of contracts, ensuring contract information is accurate and correct as well booking and administer arrangements for business related travel both in the UK and overseas.
*You will also be involved in marketing material and the development of it; which will include PowerPoint presentation, brochures, flyers, web-material working closely with the Marketing and Recruitment team.
*You will provide other general administrative support as required. This could include word processes various documents, including presentations, papers and reports, and also filing and archiving.

Experience and Education:
*GSCE's grade C or above in Mathematics and English, or equivalent and/or substantial demonstrable relevant experience for the role.
*Sound administrative experience gained in an office environment.
*Demonstrable work processing experience.
*Experience of diary management.
*Significant experience of using Microsoft Office.
*Experience of dealing directly with external clients and customers.
*Awareness of social media and financial systems and procedures.
*Minuting meeting and servicing committees.
*Experience of producing promotional materials.
