Internal Sales Executive; Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire; up to 19K plus Bonus
A rapidly expanding manufacturer is recruiting. Over recent years this company has firmly established themselves as one of the leaders within their industry through their innovative brand and reputation for excellent products, but even though they are now a £multi-million operation they have still retained the family orientated principles that make this company a great place to work. They are currently looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an Internal Sales Executive. The role will involve;
- Office based position making contact with historical and ad-hoc customers, keeping an accurate log of leads and sales enquiries, whilst maintaining the relevant spreadsheets and IT systems
- Appointment booking for the company Sales Executives
- Providing support to the Sales team by dealing with product/service enquiries, helping to resolve time consuming or complex queries etc.
- Promoting the company at all times with the objective of revitalising or maximising customer business
Applicants should have previous success with telephone sales and enjoy the challenge of beating targets and achieving impressive results.
