IDT are the installation department working for the Obligation Delivery Team assisting in the practical delivery of the Energy Company Obligation. ECO is a regulatory obligation placed upon all Energy Suppliers as part of their Supply conditions. This role will support the customer service manager and manage the admin team to ensure we successfully deliver our ECO obligation. Our Energy Installation Services Team in Coventry is looking for a Scheduler. Scheduler
Salary: £ 15,927 – 21,700

Right now we are looking for a Scheduler to join our Operations Support team. You will be a key member of the team, proactively managing the live day to day schedule of customer appointments for our field based team. Your organisational skills will mean our resource is always effectively utilised, to provide a great service to our customers. You will be directing both direct labour and contractors across a geographical region to maximise the company’s productivity. In the instances of emergency call outs, you will be organising unscheduled work in line with the Capacity Manager to meet crucial demand. In addition to this you will monitor and manage the compliance of appointments, investigating and escalating any non-compliance issues.
The customer will be at the heart of everything you do, making sure our schedule adequately meets their needs. In the instance of cancellations you will handle our customers with care to make sure they are informed on time, and a new appointment is arranged. You will constantly review the performance of this schedule against company SLAs and will be dealing with stakeholders across the business to ensure our customer commitments upheld. What we need from you:
•Ability to analyse and action all aspects of Jeopardy Management and schedule management
•Demonstrate ability to manage any Capacity and Routing (CAR) Bucket/Area and more than one at once.
•Demonstrate ability to manage any schedule domain on request
•Able to use own initiative and work independently.
•Demonstrate ability to work flexibly within the team environment.
•Ability to liaise effectively with, and influence, field resource and their management
•Ability to communicate effectively.
•Have a proven problem solving track record.
•Ability to make decisions under pressure and within limited timescales.
