Sales Support Coordinator: An experienced, commercially aware Sales Support Coordinator is required to provide administrative assistance to the Sales team whilst also converting new prospects and developing existing accounts for a well-established, trusted builders merchant based in Kenley, Surrey. The ideal Sales Support Coordinator will have previous experience in an Inside Sales Account Management or Sales Support role, along with strong negotiating skills and a professional work ethic. Applicants with account development or sales administration experience gained from the construction / trade / building industries are encouraged to apply. Using your excellent logistical negotiation skills, you'll be in regular contact with transport and suppliers to agree delivery dates, lead times and organise quotes and schedules. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound sales and logistical enquiries from customers - Increase revenue from new and existing client base when possible - Process sales orders and prepare customer quotations - Resolve invoice queries and assist with supply errors Skills and Experience: - 2 years' experience in a customer relations, account development or sales support role - Previous experience of relationship building in the Trades / Construction industry (desirable) - Great communications skills - written and verbal - Good telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills - Able to prioritise and plan ahead and remain calm under pressure - Computer literate - Accurate record keeping - A team player This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, personable and highly-organised Sales Support Coordinator to join and develop with this established company.
