Admin Support We are recruiting for an Admin Support in the Solihull area with our well established client. As an Admin Support you will need to have: - Grade A-C in Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent - Experience of working in an office - Good understanding of receivership or rent process would be an advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication - Good at meeting deadlines Details: - Salary: £16,500 per annum - Working Hours: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday - Location: Solihull - Duration: Permanent Role of an Admin Support: - Provide administration support to the property management officers - Process receiver of rent instructions - Respond to requests from the lender - Forward enquiries, post and faxes received onto the correct people within the property management team - Chase outstanding certificates - Ensure necessary quality controls are there and that the team adhere to service standards - Liaise with internal teams to help them with support tasks - Chase, check and action third party invoices Benefits of working with us as an Admin Support: - 22 days holiday plus bank holidays - Share save scheme - Solihull BID card, allowing discounts in certain shops/restaurants - Company Pension If you are interested in the above role please click apply
