About the role
GP strategies provides Training and Learning solutions to a variety of clients on a global scale which requires exceptional attention to detail and to ensure the clients expectations of what they in visualise is met. You would be working closely with the both the Design and Content Team as well as liaising with the Translation Team to translate all of the material into several different languages.
This role requires strong Stakeholder Management skills and being able to work, at times, in ambiguous situations with only limited briefs to start with. Being able to think outside the box and make relevant recommendations to continue to engage and influence your stakeholders is vital.
You would be working with our main financial client and expected to manage the entire life cycle of the project, working with both GP employees and those who work directly for the client. This role requires outstanding organisational skills and ideally suit someone in a similar role who is comfortable and can deliver in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
·The key point of contact for all aspects of the project, directing and controlling all activities- having your finger on the pulse is vital!
·Ensure the project is running to budget and funds are being utilised in the most effective way
·To make sure the right level of approvals are obtained for all requirements and design documents whilst maintaining project documents
·Prepare and deliver project progress reports and forecasts for resourcing planning whilst keeping on top of all project deliverables and making sure they are on time and within budget
·To ensure project changes or critical issues are managed and communicated effectively and swiftly
·To manage relationships with the client and be the main lead for any communication by establishing a trusted partner relationship with both the clients stakeholders and senior management
Do you have?
·Previous experience in a Project Management role is essential
·L&D background is preferred but not essential to the role
·Proven experience of managing multiple complex projects
·Proven leadership and management skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Strong Stakeholder Management ability
·Strong analytical and data reporting skills
