We are recruiting for a Senior HR Consultant to work in Sales and Service area alongside the HR Business Partner to support large organisation TUPE transfer. This is a lead role on all aspects of TUPE transfer responsible for the effective management of organisational changes resulting in complex activities such as liaising with HR colleagues and collective consultations. You will work with a number of stakeholders/departments including the Organisation and Change CoE, Recruitment Delivery team, Organisation Managers, Employee Relations Operations, HR Shared Services and consultants from other business areas to enable delivery of the TUPE project.

Successful Candidates MUST have:
* CIPD Qualified
* A minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR professional role
* Experience in an operational customer facing HR role
* Experience of Managing all aspects of TUPE related projects
* Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and related practices including TUPE, Redundancy, Consultation requirements and employee contracts
* Broad Generalist HR Experience
* Proven track record of leading successful deployment of large scale people related programmes/projects
* MS Office skills
* Experience of SAP/Naskia
* Experience building relationships with Trade Unions, Employee Councils and Forums
