HR and Compliance role - up to £20000
A leading national brand has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join their stunning Birmingham office. If you have experience within compliance or HR and are looking for a fulfilling career, this is the role for you!
Working as part of a large HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team with all Right to Work and compliance documents relating to new and existing workers. Main duties will include:
Verifying all Right to Work documents and ensuring all comply with current legislation.
Processing Work Permit Applications.
Reporting on compliance levels across the business.
Assisting with onboarding of new candidates.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and will be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel. You will have an excellent working knowledge of all relevant legislation, and will have worked within HR or compliance previously. You will need to be a born communicator, able to multitask and be happy to be proactive with your workload.
The salary for this role is between £18000-£20000 with excellent benefits.
