At E.ON Energy Installation Services Ltd, our team helps customers affordably invest in new energy efficiency measures to help improve people’s lives. External wall insulation, new boilers, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation - the list goes on.

Right now we are looking for an Energy Expert Manager to look after our field professionals that are providing energy solutions across the length and breadth of the UK. Whether it is energy assessments, green home assessments or the sale of our energy saving products you will consistently be driving the performance of the team upwards. Leading by example, you will be able to confidently demonstrate, coach and conduct assessments and work to improve the skillset of the team. However you will not just be monitoring their performance, but their safety in the field is of course paramount. Your support will ensure that they are always undertaking their work in a compliant and safe manner.

Additionally you are also passionate about the service we provide to our end customer. You will be committed to improving the customer journey, making sure every involvement they have with us is a positive one. You will be responsible for any improvements throughout the team, seeking to proactively deal with problems, as well as being the point of escalation for any customer complaints. Your assistance with the allocation of resources will ensure workload requirements are met, and vital needs are covered. Required profile:

What we need from you:

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus the ability and capacity to work flexibly
•A proven track record in achieving goals and objectives, both individually and through others
•A basic understanding of construction and energy related issues would be beneficial as you will conduct and demonstrate energy audits and surveys for loft and cavity wall insulation
•The role will require extensive travel, therefore, a full and valid driving licence is required.
•Excellent customer communication skills are essential for this role, experience of dealing directly with customers face to face, within either a sales or customer service related role is a key requirement

It would be great if you had:

•Knowledge of Rdsap, heating and renewable technologies
•Flexibility to work across geographical, functional and organizational borders in a newly created team.
•A broad appreciation of the E.ON business.
•An interest in the provision of energy efficiency solutions to customers and the green/renewables market in general
