An experienced Process Engineer is currently being sought after to join a manufacturing company that specialises in plastic extrusions. This Process Engineer role is a permanent, full time job, where you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus benefits. As a Process Engineer, your main responsibility will be to maintain and improve the performance of extrusion lines.

You will be joining an organisation that serves a wide range of industries including the automotive, aerospace and construction industries. Their extensive range of products has enabled them to become one of the UK’s successful providers of extrusions.

As a Process Engineer, your duties will include the following:

  • Ensure the optimisation of output on all extrusion lies

  • Define specifications for new equipment

  • Define ancillary equipment

  • Improve production performance of all extrusion machinery

  • Regularly liaise with the Maintenance and Engineering departments

To be successful in the role of Process Engineer, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Hands-on machinery experience

  • A good educational background

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Excellent communications skills

This position is based in Droitwich and is easily accessible from Worcester, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Kidderminster and Stourport-on-Severn.

This is a permanent, full time position and in return you will receive an annual salary of £30,000 to £35,000, plus excellent company benefits.
