An exciting opportunity has arisen for our Walsall based client, who are specialists in providing roofing solutions to the commercial and industrial sectors. The opportunity they wish to fulfill is a temporary to permanent Office Administrator, who will provide support across the office based divisions.
Duties in this role include;
Handling Switchboard; answering and transferring multiple calls.
Dealing with Reception
Meeting and Greeting Visitors.
Handling inbound calls; Announcing calls(switchboard), Taking and emailing messages.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post; franking, tracking etc.
Assisting Accounts with data input for purchase ledger and sales ledger.
Daily filing of order notes, invoices, company documentation.
This list is not exhaustive of the tasks you may face.
Working Monday to Thursday 13:00-5pm with 15 min break and 13:00-4.30pm on a Friday.
The company take part in regular "giving back" activities; such as Christmas parties, Charity events etc.
You will be enrolled into the company pension after 12 weeks of service with them. As well as an allocated parking space on site for those with their own vehicle for commute.
This is a long term opportunity with the ability to learn a variety of different roles within the organisation, as well as an opportunity to progress into an accounts based role, if of interest.
