Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Centre Advisor to provide high quality front line services to customers who contact the centre, by contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Customer Service Centre by the Customer Service Centre team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing advice, assistance and information on a range of housing and service related issues. Ensuring delivery of excellent Customer focused services, by communicating eloquently and professionally either on a face to face basis within our reception area or over the telephone within the Customer Service centre. Ensuring that enquiries are handled in line with customer availability by either confirming appointment arrangements or confirming customers most convenient time to call.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Self-motivated and willing to learn

Uses problem solving and decision making skills

Must be able to work Monday and Tuesday

Full clean Driving Licence is essential as travel to our Stafford office maybe required
