* Manage shift pattern
* Holidays
* Investigate invoice queries
* Check religiously NBI report to ensure items booked in
* Identify areas of the business where improvements can be made;
* Stores improvement
* Projects
* Opex
* Showcase stores for potential new clients
* Product creations on client's and our own system
* Resolving any issues the client has
* Assisting with counter and deliveries when envoys on break
* Attending client meetings - Operational, commercial and monthly health and safety meeting.
* Investigate any stock discrepancies greater than GBP100
* Overlook and authorise to buy report daily
* Ensure the team and I complete clients STEP inspections monthly
* Complete a "speak" session with each member of staff once a month (Client process - this involves going through any information relating to the site)
* Send timesheets to client - number of people worked that week and the total hours
* Investigate and link assets on clients system

Key points

* Client wants supervisor to have a fork lift truck licence and Reach truck licence (to assist with deliveries during busy times)
* Client wanted one person from each department trained as a first aider (that is currently me)
* Use of Excel skills - Formulas and able to produce pivot tables
* Experience managing a team
* SAP experience
