The University has an enviable record of business engagement and support to a wide range of sectors both regionally and nationally. To build on our recent success which Partnerships including; Fiat, KPIT, Horiba Mira & Highways England, we are looking to recruit a Partnership Development Executive, into the Partnership Development Unit.

With a background working in or with the Higher Education sector and reporting to the Head of the Partnership Development Unit. The post holder in this business-focussed role will identify, engage and develop relationships with corporate clients that are strategically important to the University. The role contributes to the strategic direction of the University through the development of large scale collaborative initiatives for the Faculty of Health & Life Sciences* - generating revenue for the University Group.

As such the role requires a high level of communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage key relationships at a senior level. Additionally, you will be required to develop financially feasible and well-planned business cases in support of the aforementioned large-scale partnership initiatives.

You will be a confident business development professional focused on providing excellent customer service, used to working to tight deadlines and exceeding agreed targets.

*While experience of working within the Higher Education Sector would be beneficial it is not essential.
