This role requires a creative Maths graduate who has already held a school-based position and achieved a 2:2 or above in your degree. You must show the ability to display a deep interest in the ways in which we learn and lead from the front as a role model. You will have the ability to display a clear passion to the education profession through dedication to the role. The successful Learning Support Assistant will have a genuine interest in wellbeing of their pupils and a real passion for their specialism.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting pupils either individually, in small groups or as a class. You will work closely with the class teacher to take responsibility for Maths intervention programmes, having your own small groups of students. You will be monitoring pupils progress and relaying this back to the class teacher.
