We are working with our client to recruit a technically savvy, service engineer. You will report directly to the Technical Manager and be responsible, as part of the technical team, for helping to ensure that the technical support, installation and repair department, runs smoothly and efficiently.

Please note:

A full training and induction program will be given to the successful candidate.
You will be required to regularly travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays
Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

Installation, commissioning and operator training for new machines
Service and repair of machines on site (Nationally) or at head office (Warwick)
Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, installations and repair of etching and marking machinery
Telephone, Email and face to face customer support service
Personal Skills Required for the Field Service Engineer:

Attention to detail
Technically minded
Background or Knowledge in Electronics, IT (Hardware) or domestic appliances/White Goods,
Ability to multi task
Excellent Communicator
Well Organised
IT literate and able to learn new software and systems quickly
Field Service Engineer Package:

Basic Salary: GBP23,000 (OTE)
Company Vehicle Provided + Free parking at HQ

Working hours: Monday to Friday business hours (some overnight stays required).
Holidays: 22 days + statutory holidays
Other: Company pension scheme
