The College

The Role
You will be responsible for assessing and managing the progress of L3 students, ensuring a high quality service and timely completion of their full framework.

• Assess and support learners working towards LGV (Light Goods Vehicle) Apprenticeships to levels 2/3.
• Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT
• Visiting/observing learns in their place of work to gather evidence towards their QCF Diploma.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
• Support, advise and motivate learners

The Candidate
We are looking for candidates who have extensive experience of working within both light and heavy vehicle service and repair workshops, have a knowledge of current light and heavy vehicle technologies and be Level 3 qualified.

• Experience of delivering LGV Apprenticeships level 2/3 with Functional skills
• Must hold occupational competency within Motor Vehicle - LGV (Light Goods Vehicle)
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
