An exciting opportunity for a driven, motivated and confident sales professional (Business Development Executive) to join a well-established provider of Learning and Development (L&D) solutions. Ideally with proven experience in sales of training and/or digital learning, you will be profiling potential new accounts, identifying and closing new business opportunities and converting leads generated via Marketing.

About the Role

*Identifying new leads via networking, research, referrals etc.
*Creating and developing new leads up to the point of sale
*Continuing to proactively manage and grow newly won accounts
*Achievement of personal sales targets, circa GBP300K per annum
*Keeping the database up to date but contacting new and existing clients
*Attending client meetings and conducting presentations as and when necessary
*Promoting yourself and the client at networking and marketing events
*Developing dormant or under-performing accounts
*Provide excellent customer service at all times

About you

*Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a commercial (b2b) business development/new business role
*Excellent communication skills both face to face and via phone
*Confident, self-motivated and proactive in your sales approach
*Full UK Driving Licence and own transport is essential for this role
*Proven track record selling training or e-learning solutions an advantage
