1st Line Support Engineer - Shropshire - Windows 2003/2008/2012, Active Directory, Citrix, Remote Troubleshooting, Basic Network skills, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, ITIL exposure.
