Payroll Implementation Specialist required for an exciting long term interim assignment working within a nationally recognised organisation based in Warwickshire. This is an integral position within the business and requires a candidate with demonstrable experience of implementing payroll systems with 10,000+ employees. You will be responsible for overseeing the project, interacting with key stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are maintained whilst conducting parallel runs and ensuring user acceptance.

You will be experienced in driving a payroll implementation project of this nature forward whilst ensuring workload is successfully delegated to the team and working relationships are maintained. Excellent communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of technical involvement during implementation projects are essential skills for this assignment. Demonstrable experience of implementing I-Trent will offer a distinct advantage.
