Elevation Human Resources are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for a leading multinational service provider on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide a true partnering solution to a complex business; you will be highly engaged with the leadership team as a trusted advisor, building robust internal relationships with key stakeholders and the wider business.

Proactively partnering with the management team, you will deliver commercially focused resolutions to people issues, promoting positive people management, improving the internal culture and engagement, and ultimately increasing staff retention.

Reporting to the HR Manager and being an integral part of the Group HR Team, you will provide a hands-on approach to all aspects of the HR Business Partners responsibilities:

-HR reporting, statistics, trends and analysis
-TUPE transfers, acquisitions and restructuring
-Trade Union relationship management
-Advice and guidance on all Employee Relations issues, Employment Legislation and corporate initiatives
-Commercial resolutions to tribunals and settlement agreements, managing external relationships with third parties
-Extensive ad-hoc projects
-Undertake employee forums, maintaining positive relationships throughout

Given the intricacies of the position it is essential that applicants have extensive generalist HR experience, working in commercial, complex structures and large-scale organisations, delivering an ever-changing people services.

The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) working across multi-sites with extensive travel and exposure to Trade Unions, TUPE transfers, employment tribunals and settlement claims, to name but a few.
