We operate our claims from a Cannock call centre. We are looking for an operations manager to oversee some of our call centre operations.
- Experience at managing call centre operations
- Good process skills and people skills
- Ability to spot efficiencies in operation
- Logical mind which is sytem driven
- Some Insurance claims experience useful but not essential

This job is initially for a 3 month contract, however, a permanent position may be available at the end of the term.
