Group Logistics Manager
A specialist logistics company which operates distribution warehouses across Europe, Asia and America have a requirement for a Group Logistics Manager to join their business.
The Group Logisitcs Manager is responsible for ensuring effectiveness of warehouse management, by ensuring global processes, equipment, capability and infrastructure are world class to deliver outstanding customer service.
A key aspect to this role, is to drive global compliance and continuous improvement plans whilst developing strategic road maps to implement world class capabilities and automation technologies to enable company growth plans and achieve customer performance excellence.
For consideration the successful candidate will hold significant operational and continuous improvement experience within the Warehouse and Distribution sector, and should be able to demonstrate successful implementation of strategic improvement initiatives across global locations.
You will have significant management experience within warehouse and distribution sector, and must be able to influence and build relationships effectively at all levels.
Experience defining and implementing warehouse automation solutions is expected.
