Based on growth, our client based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit 6 Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their existing team.
These roles are based on growth within the company and full training is given.
This company offers a fantastic starting salary of £ 21,039 for working a 35 hour week plus an excellent benefits package including 29 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays! There is also subsidised parking.
Duties to include:
- Handling incoming calls regarding queries
- Identifying client needs and advising on various solutions
- Accurately inputting information onto the in house database
- Liaising professionally with internal and external clients
- General administration duties
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - both oral and written
- Good administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Databases
Hours of Work:
Full Time - 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday
