Premium Country Pubs have an exciting 12 months ahead, and are looking to recruit a professional and entrepreneurial General Manager Designate, who’s passionate about fresh food and a great guest experience, to strengthen our team in the Birmingham and West Midlands area. Over a 12-week period, you’ll train alongside some of our inspirational people as we induct you fully into the culture of our premium pubs, ensuring you’re ready to hit the ground running and have the confidence to take on your first successful business.

We have simplified our application form recently, and Mitchells & Butlers are looking for top talent in the West Midlands area to grow our General Manager population from good to great. We have 1,700 businesses across the UK there are at least 50 pubs/restaurants within 10 miles of Central Birmingham. This offers great scope and potential for progression and change. As a General Manager Designate, you will need to be flexible within the West Midlands region, hold a full driving licence drive and have access to your own vehicle.
