A thriving new business based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre has created an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Clerk to join their team and support the existing Finance Manager. The company are going through an exciting growth period at the moment and are looking for someone to grow with them. They are very well established and respected in their industry already, even though they are fairly new to the market. This is a great time to join the business as they are set to grow significantly in the immediate future. You will be well trained; encouraged to develop and be part of a business that is really going places.

Ideally, you will:

  • Have some experience in accounts and although detailed on the job training will be given you will need to be able to grasp the basics of transactional accounting.
  • Be interested in studying either your AAT or a professional accountancy qualification
  • Have a great work ethic and the determination to succeed

In Return, you will:

  • Have the support of an experienced Finance Manager and qualified Accountant.
  • Be able to work in a supportive office environment, which means you can get the time and support needed to develop your skills.
  • Have the opportunity to work towards a permanent position.
  • Work in a new office facility in a prime city centre location.

This role would be ideal for someone who has some accounts experience; it offers great support and training and would give the successful candidate great exposure and experience to help develop you to become a well rounded Accountant.
