A fantastic opportunity is available for a Receptionist to join a Manufacturing company close to Erdington in Birmingham.

The role and responsibilities
To be the first point of contact for all visitors, carry out administration duties and a secretarial service to the general managers
-Co-ordination of collating diary information , arranging and supporting meetings, co ordinate briefing information and producing reports
-Arrange and co ordinate large conferences which include transport and accommodation
-Mangage the switch board
-Arrange travel including hire cars, flights and accommodation requirements
-Management and administration using SAP

To be considered for this role you must have worked within a Reception and Administrative role previously
-If you have used SAP this would be an advantage
-Excellent customer service
-Reception and Administration experience
-IT literate

The company are offering a salary of £20,000 with hours Monday to Friday 8.30am till 16.3pm, benefits include pension, heath care,dental plan. IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS
