Duties

  • Supporting the daily running of a regional retail office, general adimin duties
  • Minute taking
  • Speaking to staff in the branches about performance
  • Staffing rotas
  • Holiday allocations for branch staff
  • Compiling financial figures
  • Monitoring of email accounts
  • Updating and creating Excel spread sheets
  • Running reports
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good communication skills within the company and with outside agencies
  • Good knowledge of Excel and general computer skills

The job is full time Monday to Friday 9-5pm based in the Coleshill Regional Office above the Scrivens branch on the High Street. Free parking at the back of the branch.
