Package: Up to £23K with £25K OTE Pension.

Job Description: Sales office co-ordinator - Our client is looking for a sales co-ordinator to work within their sales office. The role is both reactive and proactive so as well as dealing with all incoming enquiries efficiently you'll be confident at picking up the phone to develop new business too. The role will involve liaising with all key stakeholders through the order process from dealing with the customer and up selling, inputting orders on the system, ensuring orders are picked, packed and delivered on schedule and chasing up payment/invoices etc. You'll deal with Internal Sales, External Sales, Credit Control and Operations teams to ensure all orders are placed, ordered and delivered on time. Customer service is key here as the sales co-ordinator will act as first point of contact for our clients extensive customer base. Products will be roof tiles, bricks and quarry tiles to name a few.
Location: Office based in Midlands Area so candidates living Kidderminster, Wolverhampton, Birmingham. Coventry, Leamington Spa, Walsall and so on
Candidate: Our client is looking for a good sales person with a fantastic attitude. This is a tight search as this person will need to live within a commutable distance of the office address. This person must be computer literate and will be able to sell products on their technical features and benefits.
