5 Customer Service Advisors - £ 21,000 plus Excellent Benefits - 35 hours per week

Our client based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their existing team.

These roles are based on growth within the company and full training is given.

This company offers a fantastic starting salary of £ 21,039 for working a 35 hour week plus an excellent benefits package including 29 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays! There is also subsidised parking.

Duties to include:

  • Handling incoming calls regarding queries
  • Identifying client needs and advising on various solutions
  • Accurately inputting information onto the in house database
  • Liaising professionally with internal and external clients
  • General administration duties

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - both oral and written
  • Good administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Databases

Hours of Work:

Full Time - 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday

£ 21, 039
