This vacancy is being advertised by Red Recruitment 247 who are acting in the capacity of an employment agency. Our client is seeking a competitive Insurance Sales Executive to expand their existing team.

The successful candidate will be highly self motivated and possess an impressive track record of target achievement in a commercial sales environment within the insurance industry.

A field based position, working from home, you will be employed by, and report to the business head office in Lincolnshire.

With high levels of autonomy, you will devise a strategy for generating commercial leads, growing your prospects from scratch and develop effective and fruitful business relationships.
Generate new commercial insurance opportunities through effective identification and prospecting.
Maintaining and developing client relationships
Through a consultative approach, identify and understand the needs and requirements of the client.
Provide a comprehensive advice portfolio, in order to recommend the best suite of products and services available
Be driven to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Act with integrity at all times in accordance with regulatory requirements

Required Experience / Qualifications
Commercial Insurance experience essential
Face to face sales experience in the medium size commercial market is essential.
Be driven to provide excellence in both advice and service.
Possess a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
Be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated.
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Be highly organised with careful attention to detail.
Possess the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
Highly self motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
B2B sales experience
You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C, including Maths and English.
Full UK drivers licence
IT skills within Microsoft Office
