Customer Service Advisor/Lead Generator
My client, a very established and expanding Company based in Stratford upon Avon is looking for a Customer Service Advisor/Lead Generator to join their team.
You will be responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing calls to the business, taking customer details and booking appointments for the advisors to go out and meet them or arranging a call back service. You will be answering customers enquires as well as liaising with other departments and requesting and delivering appropriate information in order to answer customer queries.
To apply for the role you must have previous experience dealing with high volume calls, lead generation, exceptional customer service skills and excellent attention to details.
You need to be able to show empathy and an understanding of the customers' situation as well as being to spot an opportunity to promote the service of the company.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, Salary is GBP18.000 per annum plus extra bonuses on meeting targets.
