The Job Role:
- Taking incoming calls from customers who have queries / faults with their products
- Ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly
- Ensuring the monthly bill run is processed on time and dealing with any issues which may arise
- Preparing relevant information for monthly billing
- Keeping customers and internal teams up to date
Experience / Requirements:
- A proven background in Administration is ESSENTIAL.
- The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative.
- Being able to multi task and work to strict deadlines.
- Must have excellent PC skills and attention to detail.
- Own transport would be preferred.
- You must be able to work within a busy and challenging environment.
- A annual salary of GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 per annum.
- A Temporary to Permanent contract.
- Working within a large and expanding company.
- Hours of work 9am - 5:30pm.
- Free onsite parking.
