Person Specification

This position would suit a graduate who has excelled in their academic studies and has achieved a 2:1 or better in your degree and previous experience supporting children in a similar role. You should have excellent communication skills, that are able to be as effective within the classroom as well as the staffroom. You will have the ability to demonstrate a desire to begin a successful career in education through hard work and determination. The successful candidate will have a burning desire to kick-start their ultimate ambition and become a Teacher in the near future.

About the Role

This Teaching Assistant position involves acting as a mentor for your pupils, taking some out of lessons for 1:1 tuition and teaching others in group sessions.
