Your new company
This is an opportunity to join a fresh and exciting joint venture organisation in Stoke on Trent. Waterplus are due to set innovative standards for the water industry. You will be working in their brand new office, which has a central location with excellent transport links.
Your new role
Working as a Customer Service Billing Agent within the customer contact centre you will act the point of contact to the business. You will have the ability to prioritise workloads and plan you day accordingly. A strong sense of empathy and pro-active thinking will also benefit you in this role. This is a role which is a mix of both front and back office duties. You must be very comfortable with phone work aswell as administration work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong communication skills with a high customer focus, proven track record for showing reliability, dependability and high integrity. You will set high standards and drive results. You will be responsible for processing clients' confidential details and must have strong attention to detail.
