Sales Ledger/Payroll - Salary GBP18,000 pro rata

Our client is a fast-growing business, who have an urgentrequirement for a Sales Ledger & Payroll Clerk to join the team ASAP on apermanent basis. You will need be responsible for the following areas:
Daily raising of sales invoices
High volume credit control
Weekly aged debtor reporting
Customer account reconciliations and issuing of customer account statements
Management of all customer queries
Processing a monthly payroll, expense claims and wage analysis.

We are looking for the followingexperience:
Proven experience within Sales Ledger/Payroll
Working knowledge of journals and accruals, along with reconciliations techniques
Working knowledge of Sage Line 50 accounting package
Good IT literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
A minimum of five GSCEs, including Mathematics and English Language
Accurate and timely data entry skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Organised, with the ability to work as part of a team
