Assistant Customer Service Manager
SF Group are recruiting on behalf of a well known household refurbishment brand based in Bromsgrove for an Assistant Customer Services Manager.
Previous management experience within a customer service centre environment essential as this role will require the successful candidate to undertake a high level of management responsibility in the eventuality of the absence of the current manager.
GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 dependant on experience
- Managing and developing the day to day running of on-line ordering portal, overseeing the customer journey of enquiry to successful delivery
- Monitoring and controlling customer complaints
- Dealing with customer and staff reports/business analysis
- Day to day management of customer service team
- Implementing the KPI's with team leaders
- Customer Service NVQ Level 2
- HNC in Business or other management qualifications
- High level of customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Full competency with MS Office Suite
- Understanding of Omni-channel retails and e-commerce business would be an advantage
