As Internal Sales Executive reporting to our Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for following up calls and chasing quotations in addition to answering customer enquiries and queries. Researching the internet for new business leads and contacts, you'll maintain accurate information on our database and correspond via either telephone or email. Providing outstanding customer service at all times will be essential.

Other key accountabilities will include:
• ensuring all reminders are sent out in a timely manner and follow-up calls made
• ensuring the technical accuracy of all quotations/outbound correspondence.
• whenever possible, developing opportunities for external sales colleagues to meet with clients and develop all business streams.

Able to work effectively individually and as part of a team and ideally with experience in a similar role, you have an excellent telephone manner, together with first-class interpersonal and influencing skills. A good problem-solver with the ability to organise and prioritise your workload, your strong on numeracy and able to carry out accurate calculations and can also offer:
• great attention to detail to carry out all administration tasks to exacting standards
• the ability to learn and retain technical information
• sound IT skills, especially in MS Office, to operate computerised information systems.
