I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to support my client for a period of 18 months at their Telford site, supporting over 1000 employees

They are a well-regarded manufacturing business in the Midlands and are in need of some additional support during a period of maternity leave

The Role

As the HR Officer, you will report into a site-based HR Manager, provide a well-organised solution-focused HR service across the business and provide effective generalist HR support to key stakeholders and client groups.

The Candidate

As the successful HR Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing efficient first line advice to managers
  • Providing accurate support to line managers with regards to complex employee relations cases such as disciplinaries and grievances
  • Managing high volume employee relations cases
  • Supporting restructures throughout the business having confidence to carry out associated consultations
  • Delivering projects as requested by the HR Manager

It would be highly beneficial for you to be:

  • A highly experienced HR Officer
  • Significant experience working within a generalist HR Advisory role
  • Experienced working with volume ER cases
  • Exposure within FMCG, Food or Manufacturing industries

The HR Officer role is on a 15 month FTC. It is a site-based role paying up to GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 + Benefits
