Main Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Implementing NetSuite System, pulling reports and accurate processing.
  • Meet accounting and operational standards by contributing financial information to strategic plans and reviews; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
  • Meet accounting financial standards by providing the accounting department annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements; investing excess funds.
  • Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

    Key Skills and Experience:

  • To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a professional approach
  • Strong administration skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • You will need to be a team player and be able to work on your own including being a hands on manager and previous experience of working in corporate business is strongly preferred
  • Ideally a knowledge of NetSuite Systems or alternatively have implemented a variety of different systems throughout your career
  • ACCA, CIMA or AAT Level 4 qualification [or equivalent] is preferred but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of VAT is essential
