The role is an Administration Assistant within a reputable Professional Services Company.
- Opening and sorting post into relevant files.
- Photocopying and scanning.
- Monitoring and distributing faxes.
- Answering queries from members of the Company.
- Maintaining stocks of office equipment and stationary.
- Dealing with any telephone queries.
To be successful within this role, you should have effective organisation skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and be willing to learn and develop within the job.
Additionally, you should be experienced using Microsoft Word and also have very strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
