An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Progress Coach to join our Services to Students/Marketing & Admissions Department to support our students achieve success.

The successful candidate will act as a Progress Coach to a designated number of learners, working closely with the academic tutors, to manage successful completion of the learners’ journey through monitoring progress and performance to ensure an excellent learning experience.

You should possess an A-Level or equivalent qualification, and ideally hold a full Teaching Qualification or be working towards the completion of one.

In addition, applicants should have experience of working in an education or related setting together with experience providing advice & guidance to young people and adults. Knowledge of safeguarding issues in education is also essential.

The role will also require you to have excellent communication and IT skills.

The successful will also have a level 2 qualification in Maths and English (GCSE A*-C, or equivalent) or a willingness to attain these qualifications with the support of the College.
