The role of an Enabler at WCS Care is to deliver personalised care to each individual in the home as detailed in individual care plans, while working to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service. You'll work as part of the care team in the home and will be aware of the health, safety, and welfare of residents, other members of staff and visitors at all times, as well as the safety and security of the building.
