We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CDM Manager to join a highly reputable design and engineering company on a permanent basis in Warwickshire. Our client has a wealth of knowledge and experience providing expert services to a variety of sectors including Transportation, Education, Healthcare and Industrial. Due to an increasing workload, they are seeking an enthusiastic CDM Manager to join their innovative team.

The selected candidate will have a variety of roles and responsibilities which will include:

* Delivering advice on CDM requirements
* Reviewing information (e.g. site investigation reports, record drawings etc.), assessing the adequacy and providing advice to enable further information to be gathered
* Carrying-out site visits
* Reviewing designs with regards to CDM compliance, initiating dialogue with designers and facilitating design team CDM reviews
* Initiating and maintaining the CDM Regulation 9 Risk Register in the company format
* Liaising with a variety of stakeholders, including clients and contractors
* Agreeing format, content and programme requirements related to the H&S file production
* Obtaining and reviewing information related to the H&S file
* Completing and issuing the H&S file
* Providing periodic Principal Designer reports to the client as required

Essential skills, experience and attributes:

* Member of the ICE, RIBA and/or CIBSE (or member of equivalent professional association)
* Working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
* Good ability to explain the requirements of CDM to others
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel), as well as experience with web based systems (e.g. Conject and Viewpoint for Projects)
