Job Summary Provide a warm and friendly greeting to our Cedarwood Spa clients and hotel guests and show them around Spa facilities while promoting a calming and tranquil atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind. Provide beauty treatments including massage and provide information to guests about available treatments. Promote the rules and regulations of the Spa facility intended for the safety and welfare of guests and clients. Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely undertake specific treatments due to medical and health reasons and provide appropriate recommendations. Clean and maintain all areas throughout the Spa facilities. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your manager; complete safety training and certifications. Support with general enquires regarding the hotel grounds and facilities as well as any Spa specific queries.
